Rachael obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology, and worked in mental health for five years before becoming interested in the natural healthcare field. She has several years of experience as a chiropractic assistant in both Los Angeles and Northern Virginia. While in California she became exposed to a natural approach to nutrition and colon hydrotherapy, both of which changed her life. She graduated from St. John's Academy in 2011 as an I-ACT foundation level colon hydrotherapist.
