What type is right for you?

Myofascial Release Focus: Fascia is manipulated, allowing for the connective tissue of fascia to become more flexible and no longer cause pain in areas of greatest tension.
The goal: To release restrictions and restore health to all tissues.

Sports Massage Focus: This technique is done with the client clothed, and consists of stretching, range of motion, and compression.
The goal: To restore peak performance during exercise, and quick recovery from soreness and fatigue.

Cranial Sacral Focus: A gentle restoration of rhythmic movement within cerebral spinal fluid found between bones of the skull, vertebra and sacrum.
The goal: Allows cranial sacral fluid and structures to return to a healthy balanced state.

Injury related tension Focus: Acute or chronic pain related from trauma or injury.
The goal: To learn how trauma has entered the body, where pain issues are located, and how the body is going to find release. Three sessions are required to focus on different tissue groups and build steps for total tissue recovery.

Muscular Therapy Focus: A widely used style consisting of various pressure points, stretching techniques, and evaluations.
Goal: To relieve pain and restore health to muscles and joints. This technique is commonly used for treating headaches and arthritis.
