Through the integration of the body, mind, breath, and energy, yoga offers countless multi-level benefits, promoting holistic health and wellbeing. Words fail to convey the total value of yoga. It has to be experienced. – B. K. S. Iyengar NutritionHolistic nutrition addresses the unique nutritional needs of the whole body while taking into account the individual’s health history, lifestyle, genetic patterns, and digestive health requirements. Through combining a variety of dietary strategies and supplemental support, holistic nourishment is based on the body’s own powerful ability to balance, self-correct, and enhance the entire functioning of the organism. Like instruments playing in harmony, all the nutrients must be available in their optimum amounts. – Dr. Roger Williams HerbsAncient herbal remedies are increasingly regaining their popularity because they are completely natural, less toxic and more environmentally sustainable than pharmaceutical formulations. Effectively used alongside both alternative and conventional medicine, herbs can help combat illness and support the body’s efforts to regain and maintain good health.
