SERVICES AND FEES: NATUROPATHIC EXAM/HOLISTIC HEALTH CONSULTATION: Health assessment based on oriental observation techniques; Nutritional and life style assessment. Holistic health recommendations include herbs, nutrition, supplements, and homeopathy.

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION: Nutritional advice based on holistic and preventive health principles. Dietary and supplemental recommendations to promote health.
Fees: 1 to 1.5 hours Consultation $55.00; 45 minutes follow-up $40.00

ACCUPRESSURE: Oriental treatment modality that uses light to moderate pressure applied to Acupuncture points with the thumb, fingers, forearms and elbows. Acupressure helps to bring the body into balance.

GUIDED IMAGERY (MIND-BODY CONNECTION): Uses relaxation and mental visualization to improve mood and physical well being. Employs the power of the human imagination to create and recreate sensory images that have a powerful impact on the mind to stimulate problem solving or healing.
